URSA ( Unique Refined Sartorial Art ) launched in 2010 in East London, to provide a platform for avant-garde, independent designers.
Since inception, our mission is to be the best place to discover London's edgiest, emerging jewellers.
We believe jewellery is gender neutral and non-binary; we reject traditional jewellery rules and instead offer a modern edit of covetable timeless jewellery.
OUR FOUNDER
After a successful career in London, Paris & Shanghai in the heady world of rock & roll, music media and TV, our Founder Lucy made the bold move to create URSA.
Newly in the throes of first time motherhood, Lucy created URSA from her kitchen table. Her vision: To create an online platform dedicated to championing emerging, avant-garde designers, in both contemporary & fine jewellery.
Lucy's passion has always been a restless pursuit of originality, both in design aesthetic and high craftsmanship; discovering designers with signature styles, who tell their own unique stories.
URSA's natural evolution into one of the UK's leading online jewellery destinations, is testament to Lucy's undeniable talent for nurturing new talent predicting new trends & curating covetable future heirlooms.
OUR BOUTIQUE
Our online boutique is split into Contemporary and Fine Jewellery, showcasing a curated edit of unique designers with signature aesthetics & unique narratives. With everything from affordable ear stories, to high fine jewellery, we select our designers for their unique points of view & aesthetic.
