International customers: If your order is over $150 you will automatically qualify for FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY. However we do not offer a free returns service outside of the UK, so you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred on returning an item. We ship globally via DHL Express, all items will require a signature on delivery. Please select your country at checkout, however if your country is not listed, please contact the URSA team at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote from our team.

DUTIES & TAXES
We deliver DDP/Delivery Duty Paid to Ireland, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. For all other destinations, customers may face import and duty taxes. If a delivery destination is selected where we do not currently offer Duty Paid, then product prices are displayed in Sterling but are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. These vary from country to country and URSA has no control over them. In the event that you need to pay import and duty taxes, you will be contacted directly by DHL Express and the order will not be released until you have paid. Please contact your local customs office for further details of charges.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from URSA, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a full refund. The Returns Procedure below must be followed. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
**Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene and safety reasons**

At URSA we offer a FREE UK COLLECTION & RETURNS service on full price items only ( sale goods not included ).
Please email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your order to inform us of the item(s) you wish to return. We will then issue you with a Returns shipping label for you to attach to your parcel.
The URSA team will arrange a collection for you, please specify a pick-up address and date of pick up.
Once we receive your parcel at our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and that your refund is being processed. Your refund will be credited back via the original payment method. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
PLEASE NOTE – Items returned must be unworn and in a re-saleable condition. In the interests of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned, we are also unable to accept returns for made-to-order/bespoke items unless they are faulty.
EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
URSA will accept returns for items purchased by international customers, as long as the RETURNS PROCEDURE above has been followed.
International customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to our warehouse. We advise that you have insurance against loss of the parcel as URSA will hold no responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Items must be returned in an unworn re-saleable condition.
Once the items are received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs, and free returns is not offered for sale goods purchased.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
If the item is in stock then it will be packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. On placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation from the URSA team with tracking information.
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer services team within 72 hours of receiving the product at email@example.com
THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS FAULTY
Please check carefully your items once they arrive. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty/damaged item please email our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and the nature of the fault. Our team will advise you on how to return the items for a replacement or full refund. For faulty items that have been worn or used or returns outside our Return’s Policy, please email our customer services team at email@example.com for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of URSA.
