BEGINNING THE BESPOKE JOURNEY
We always recommend starting by viewing work already within our Made to Order Section, to give you an idea of the styles of our designers and the possibilities of design.
Please contact us if you don’t see anything that quite fits your brief, as we can suggest alternatives or ways forward.
Whether you wish to mark a special anniversary or birthday, an achievement or redesign your heirloom jewellery, we are here to help you every step of the way and discover all the possibilities available.
Every piece is unique, but as a general guide, bespoke commissions start at £900 for a minimalist design in 9ct gold.

We have a range of award winning designers with signature styles, that can be tweaked and adapted to fit your vision.
We will be on hand throughout the design process to assist you, to make sure you feel confident with the design at every step of the journey.

BOOK A MEETING
We offer in person meetings at our studio at The Fisheries (E8 3PN) where you can discuss your ideas. If you live further afield or are not currently travelling, we can also set up a Virtual Meeting via Facetime, Zoom or WhatsApp.
At this meeting we will discuss your ideas, budget, timeframe and any questions you may have.
To enable for us to start the design process we ask for a £300 deposit, which will be deducted from the final cost of the bespoke piece. This enables us to assign this bespoke project to one of our award-winning fine jewellery designer-makers.

CONFIRMING THE DESIGN
Once we have established a design, we host a private consultation with you and the assigned designer at our studio at The Fisheries. In person or virtually if prefered. Here we present 3D images of the design, and present proposed gem stones if applicable. Once you are confident to move forward with the process we require a 50% deposit. At this point you are committed to the design and the piece of jewellery becomes non-exchangable/non-refundable. By this stage, we will have ensured you are completely happy with the design, and you are excited to progress to the next stage.

THE MAKING PROCESS
Each design is different, but in general it will take between 4-6 weeks from date of deposit for you to receive your custom piece. On payment of the remaining balance, your bespoke piece will be ready for either collection in person from The Fisheries or we can ship next-day fully insured to a destination of your choice.
If you have a particular deadline in mind, please do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
